Deerhound is the writing partnership of Arthur Iula and Matt Jeakle. They write television comedy and kids animation.
Arthur Iula
Arthur Iula was created when a bolt of lightning struck a laserdisc of Muppet Treasure Island that had fallen into a bucket of Tintin themed-calendars. Since then, he’s majored in History at Stanford, earned an MFA in screenwriting from USC, and has used his elite education to write funny little stories about people getting their lives unstuck and taking journeys that go nowhere.
Matt Jeakle
Matt Jeakle is descended from the only family of Mexicans in Bountiful, Utah. He majored in American Studies at Stanford, with a focus in satire. He writes over-the-top genre stories about about nice people learning to be strong and mean people learning to be nice.

The Spectacular Failures of Deef A’dran
Meek, minimum wage alien Deef A’Dran just wants to get to the lost planet of Lumeria. But as usual in this universe, things spin wildly out of control. With his new friends, a cranky weasel named Fran and a patch of talking mold named Mold, Deef must duel space pirates, escape inter-dimensional mall jail, survive the horrors of Stink Planet, and even navigate the interminable menu of Bistro Infinity in this kids' animated adventure.
